Whey Protein Smoothie
A quick and easy way to add protein to your day. Not to mention delicious!
2 scoops whey protein powder
1 cup unsweetened rice milk, almond milk or soy milk
1 banana (can be frozen to add consistency)
¼ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup frozen strawberries
Optional:
½ -1 scoop of greens powder (We recommend Phytogreens by Genestra or Greens by Botanica)
1-2 tbsp of crunchy almond butter
Any kind of fruit you desire
1-2 tbsp of flax seed oil or 1 tsp of a good quality fish oil (molecularly distilled or pharmaceutical grade)
1-2 tbsp of freshly ground flax seeds
2 tsp of turmeric
Why eat Whey protein:
