Sautéed Rapini

Bitter greens are so very good for digestion, detoxification, and liver support. Rapini is a delicious option. Here’s a simple way to prepare it.

1 bushel of rapini
2 tsp of coconut oil or organic butter
1 freshly squeezed lemon
2 tsp gluten free tamari (optional)
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Wash and chop off ends of rapini
Heat pan to medium and melt oil or butter
Toss rapini in the pan and heat until stalks start to get tender. It cooks very quickly so be careful not to overcook!
Add lemon and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
Add tamari sauce if you would like.
