Hot Chocolate

This anxiety-busting hot chocolate is a great way to help calm your nervous system


Serves 1


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Heat the almond milk over the stove or in the microwave until almost boiling, then blend with all other ingredients until smooth and frothy. Pour into a mug and enjoy !
