Banana Pancake
Enjoy these delicious grain-free quick and easy pancakes. Yummy for the whole family.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp coconut flour (optional)
Preparation
In a bowl mix the banana, coconut oil, eggs and flour. On a warm pan(can use extract coconut oil for frying) pour desired amount of mix for desired pancake size. Brown a couple of minutes on each side
